About
Hi I’m Ash
6 years ago I decided to turn my passion for supporting others into something meaningful. I started my bachelors of psychology with one vision in mind—to hold space for others when they needed it most.
Since then I have spent time working in education, support work and mental health and AOD. During my time working in the community I have assisted clients with a broad range of concerns including mental health and wellbeing challenges, building social confidence, self esteem concerns, dealing with life changes and loss.
I aim to empower each person to create meaningful and lasting change beyond each session by encouraging reflections of our inner experiences and developing the tools to manage all of life’s challenges, whatever they may be. I hope to help you find clarity, re-alignment and purpose in your daily life.
Because no two people are the same, we take time to collaboratively build a plan that works for you and provide a range of evidence based interventions including CBT, DBT, IFS, ACT, emotion focused therapy, motivational and strength based approaches.
